About this policy

This policy explains how Bby Wow AI handles your account information, uploaded photos and generated videos, and how to request help or deletion.

Accounts and local photos

The account system stores the name and email you enter, an authentication record and session information. Do not enter sensitive information into profile or support fields. Passwords are handled by the authentication system and are not shown in account pages.

Selecting a photo prepares a local preview and may save a draft in your browser so you can return to it. Use your own photo or an adult's photo with permission. Signing out clears the active photo preview; use Clear draft to remove your draft.

Video processing

Selecting Generate sends your photo and the prepared scene description to third-party service providers for content checks and video generation. Your uploads are not automatically published. Temporary inputs and finished videos are stored privately; processing providers receive time-limited access rather than public photo links. The party effect uses your single photo with a prepared motion reference and prompt. The original reference audio is added to the delivered video.

Completed videos are available through your account for 14 days after private delivery. The result shows its actual expiry; download it before then. Browser drafts stay on your device. A saved draft can be restored for up to 24 hours from its last save; an expired draft is removed when the site next checks it. Closing the browser is not a promise of immediate deletion. Use Clear draft or clear this site’s browser storage to remove the local copy. The homepage sample and its input portrait were explicitly approved for public display. Your own photos and generated videos are not automatically published.

Third-party service providers

• SeeAPI checks your submitted photo and scene description for content restrictions.
• EvoLink processes your photo and scene description using the selected video model to generate your video.
• Cloudflare R2 provides private storage for temporary inputs and finished videos.

Retention and deletion

Completed videos have a 14-day download-access window. The expiry shown with your result ends access through your account. Videos stored by Bby Wow AI are scheduled for physical deletion 24 hours after that expiry. Submitted generation photos are scheduled for deletion 24 hours after the generation task is confirmed finished or failed. Content-check photos are removed after a confirmed check. Active or unresolved processing can retain its inputs until the outcome is confirmed.

Cleanup runs hourly while the service is running. Failed deletions are recorded and retried; a request is not marked complete while tracked files still await deletion. These rules apply to files stored by Bby Wow AI, and do not establish a deletion deadline for copies held by external processing services. Public samples approved for display are separate from private generation files.

Profile and support attachments remain associated with your account until removed through an account deletion request. Contact information and messages in privacy and email-support cases are removed 90 days after the case is closed. Billing and dispute records may be retained separately.

How do I request deletion?

Sign in and open Privacy & deletion to request removal of a selected video and its input photos, or your account and its tracked files. Include the video task ID when requesting a particular video. A signed-in request from a verified email confirms account ownership. Account deletion pauses new generation and uploads while the request is processed, then removes your profile and login access. It is permanent; download anything you want to keep first.

If you cannot sign in, email support@bbywowai.app. We verify account ownership before acting on emailed requests. Do not send passwords, verification codes, API keys or payment-card details. Requests involving active processing, subscriptions or files requiring ownership review can take longer. You can follow request status in your account or contact Support.

Clearing a browser draft removes only the copy on that device. An account deletion request also clears the saved draft in the browser where you submit it; clear site storage on any other devices you used. Deleting a video or account does not remove copies you have already downloaded or shared.

Are uploads used to train AI models?

Bby Wow AI does not use your uploads to train its own models. The third-party service providers listed above receive data for content checks and video generation. We cannot guarantee that processing providers exclude all training use or apply a fixed retention period to their copies. Your uploads are not automatically made public or used as homepage samples.

Payments and cookies

When checkout is available, payments are handled by a payment processor. The site does not collect full payment card details in its own forms. Essential session cookies support account access.
