Bby Wow AI Terms of Service

Availability

Sign in and use account credits to generate a video from an authorized adult photo. Available models, output options and credit costs are shown on the homepage. Purchases can be made only when checkout is available; a displayed price alone does not confirm a purchase. Credits are for use within Bby Wow AI and cannot be withdrawn as cash.

Photo permission

Use a clear photo of yourself or of an adult who has explicitly agreed. Do not upload minors, public figures or people without permission. Do not use outputs to impersonate someone or mislead viewers.

Credits and generation

Before a generation is submitted, the current credit cost must be shown and confirmed. A new generation uses credits. A confirmed failed task returns the credits charged for that task; this is distinct from a cash refund. A submission whose outcome is still being checked must be resolved before another submission.

Output and downloads

Templates have individual video durations and credit costs. Review the values beside Generate video before submitting. The current party template includes the original reference audio. Results can vary in likeness, movement and visual quality. No exact identity match or completion time is guaranteed. Standard, Fast, Pro and Ultra are model-tier labels, not a measured ranking of render speed or likeness. The public sample documents one Fast generation, not every available tier. Download availability follows the expiry shown with each completed result. Purchasing generation does not grant rights to third-party music or endorse a person in a reference clip.
